Shipping Policy
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping for all beauty products. Please refer to shipping company after order has been shipped out after payment processing (24-48 hours) for all inquiries about status of orders.
What do I do if my packaging is missing?
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check with your leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your package is still not found, please contact us via email at bnicebrks@gmail.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
**Please note that when you place an order with PistolGrip333, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers will receive an email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.
**Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’.
**If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
**No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
How can I check the status of my order?
Customers can check the order status page to check the progress of their order as it's fulfilled. As you order is updated you will be notified via email address used at checkout or via phone number. Please allow payments to be processed in allotted time of 24-48 hours, before inquiring about order status.
What forms of payments are accepted?
We currently accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card® and PayPal. We do not accept cash, cash app payments, cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks.
Does PistolGrip333 ship internationally?
We do ship to most international addresses including Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Canada.
